FAQ's about FeTNA Convention Pledging

Pledging simply means supporting the FeTNA 2026 Convention as a donor. Since NJ Tamil Peravai (NJTaP) is hosting this prestigious national event, early pledging from our own NJTaP community helps us plan better and organize the convention smoothly.

FeTNA conventions are primarily supported through donations and sponsorships. While entrance tickets are collected from participants, ticket sales usually occur closer to the event and can be uncertain. Early pledging provides financial clarity and helps with smoother planning, vendor negotiations, and overall execution.

Anyone can pledge the amount as a donor or sponsor.

Participating is simple and flexible:

• Submit this form for now to indicate your interest in supporting FeTNA 2026.

• No payment is required at this stage.

• Donations can be made at a later time, at your convenience.

• Pledging reflects your intention to contribute in a way that is comfortable for you at any point over the next few months leading up to the convention in July 2026.

This approach helps the organizing team with planning and coordination, while giving you the flexibility to contribute at your own pace.

Absolutely. You are welcome to discuss FeTNA 2026 with your family and friends and encourage them to participate in early pledging if they are interested. Their support is greatly valued and helps strengthen the broader community behind the convention.

Early pledgers form the core group of supporters and leaders for the FeTNA 2026 Convention. Participants will be:

• Recognized on the FeTNA 2026 website

• Recognized during the convention days

• Recognized on stage at appropriate occasions

Early pledging provides an opportunity to be closely involved in shaping and delivering a memorable FeTNA 2026 experience.

Yes. Since FeTNA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, some employers may offer matching donations, subject to their policies. This can be explored individually.

• Employer matching must be based on your own individual donation only.

• Food for all 3 days

• Access to Star Night

• Access to FiTEN

• Priority Seating (as applicable)

• Hotel accommodation for 3 nights (Only in select packages)
